Upgrade can not continue...

If you get this error when upgrading it's because your support and updates for your owned license isn't covering this version.

Look at your current Blesta version, for example: 4.6.0.

Blesta does their versioning with the semantic versioning system. This means it's a Major.Minor.Patch version.

So back to our version 4.6.0.

This means if our support and updates expire on our owned license we can only do the patch versions. so 4.6.1, 4.6.2, 4.6.3, etc...

We can't upgrade to 4.7 or 5.0 because they aren't patches.

How to fix this?

You can fix this by renewing the support and updates you can do this on our client area.

Log into Blesta.store then go to Manage on the license key you need to renew. Then click Addons then Support and Updates. Allow 24hours for it to be applied; should be done within an hour but it can change depending on the timezone of Blesta themselves (CA) and us in the UK.

Your year renewal starts from when it's added not when you've paid.
