My Support and Updates haven't updated?

If you've renewed your support and updates however they aren't showing up on the Admin area of Blesta or you can't upgrade to the latest version, please first allow us 24 hours until at least 4pm GMT or 8am PST to ensure they are added. You can contact us however to get a estimated time as they aren't done via the API.

If that time has passed or we've told you they have been added to your license please do either of the following:

/admin/license/ This automatically calls home

Or

Settings > System > General > License key and hit update
