To enable Email piping for Blesta's support system on DirectAdmin do the following:

1. Go to Forwards
2. Set your email like help@blesta.store

3. Paste in the following: "|/home/username/domains/domain.com/public_html/plugins/support_manager/pipe.php"

4. Make sure you 777 or 755 (if you use suPHP) pipe.php to let the server execute it.

You should now be ready to go. PS: Make sure you copy the code including the | and quotations.
